  • Yes, I completed my doula certification with BEST doula training during 2023.

  • I currently hold liability insurance for both birth and postpartum doula care.

  • Yes, I’m fully vaccinated for COVID, flu and TDAP.

  • Interviewing 3-5 doulas can help you figure out which doula matches your personality, energy and birth philosophy. Arrive prepared with questions during your consultation and inquire how they envision supporting and empowering your birth.

  • Of course! I support you and your decisions regardless of the type of pain management you choose. As your doula, I can support you with labor positions with an epidural. It’s possible! You will learn more during our prenatal sessions.

  • That’s a great question! I will complete any tasks needed at the beginning of the visit. Once tasks are complete and baby is asleep, I will nap and rest. I do not provide awake care for overnight support.

  • Yes, I have doula experience in supporting twin families.

  • Yes, I do offer a sliding scale if you are experiencing financial hardship.

  • Doula support is typically paid out of pocket however more and more insurances are now covering doula costs. You may be able to submit an invoice for reimbursement.

    Employer health programs such as Carrot and Maven Clinic may cover doula expenses.

  • I currently accept all debit cards, credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.

  • After our consultation, I will send you a copy of my contract and agreement. I do not hold a date without payment and a signed contract and agreement.

  • Unfortutunely, I cannot hold your date until a contract is signed and a deposit is received on my end.
